Hi everyone!
I am on a quest to change my body. I am 35, soon to be 36 and have always been over weight. So far I have lost 77lbs since April 11th of last year. Lately I haven't been able to focus much on my exercising, have some issues going on in my life. Losing the weight has helped me mentally. I feel so much better about myself. I am excited to find cute bras that I can wear. So many things keep me going. I need to get back on track and work out more.
Lately my focus has been on a friend of mine. Our friendship has deepened and all I can think about is him. I am giving him my time and attention even when we are away. That needs to change. I need to put the focus back on me and lose the rest of this weight. It is my goal to lose 150, I am half way there.
I used to take Zumba at our YMCA but didn't this time around. As soon as the class is offered again I will take it up. That really keeps me motivated. I walk and do pilates so far. I need to get into some weight training. We have a Total Gym, guess I need to get on it and get my butt into gear.
